Pepper Garlic Chicken With Courgette, Spring Onion & Spinach Salad


- 1 Large Chicken Breast

- Mixed Peppers

- Garlic Clove

- Fresh Chilli

- Courgette

- Spring Onions

- Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- Grape Seed Oil

- Black Pepper

How To:

1: Simple place the the chick breast in an oven proof dish with a little black pepper and grape seed oil

2: Chop peppers, garlic, courgette, chilli and spring onions to your preferred size and add to the dish

3: Pre heat the oven to 200 Degrees Celsius

4: Bake for 25 minutes

5: Serve with a side salad of spinach tossed in a little extra virgin olive oil
