Baked Basa Fillet With Mixed Chillies, Red Onion, Lemon & Asparagus

Ingredients:

- Basa Fillet (Or Cod)

- Green and Red Chilli

- Red Onion

- Lemon

- Asparagus

- Grape Seed Oil

- Black Pepper

How To:

1: Lightly coat the Basa Fillet with oil and a touch of black pepper

2: into the same dish chop, roughly chop your asparagus, onion and chillies

3: Squeeze the juice of half of a lemon over the vegetables and bake for 15, 20 minutes

4: Simply serve with a side salad or on its own
