Whole Grain Muesli With Fat Free Greek Style Yoghurt & Fruit


- Whole Grain Muesli (Supermarket or branded are fine)

- Fat Free Greek Styke Yoghurt

- Fresh / Dried Fruit (Apple, Banana, Raisins, Blueberries, Cranberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Pineapple)

Optional: Half Handful of Almonds

How To:

1: Medium Sized bowl of Whole Grain Muesli

2: Mix 3/4 heaped table spoons of Fat Free Greek Style Yoghurt into your Muesli and stir until consistent

3: Mix in your choice of fruit

4: Top with Almonds
