Whole Grain Bran With Skimmed Milk & Fresh Berries


- Whole Grain Wheat Bran Flakes (Supermarket or branded are fine)

- Skimmed Milk – Fresh Berries (Blueberries, Strawberries or Rasperries)

- Optional: Half Handful of Almonds

How To:

1: Medium Sized bowl of Bran Flakes

2: Mix in your berries of choice

3: Add your Milk

4: Top with a few Almonds
