Seeds, Fruit & Nuts With Fat Free Natural Yoghurt


- Sesame Seeds

- Pumpkin Seeds

- Dried Prunes or Dates

- Handful of Nuts (Almonds, Walnuts or Hazelnuts)

Optional: Fat Free Natural Yoghurt Cinnamon Powder

How To:

1: take a medium sized bowl and simply mix all Seeds, Fruit & Nuts

2: Serve Yoghurt alongside or mix into your Seeds, Fruit & Nut in the bowl

3: Sprinkle a little Cinnamon powder for taste
