Protein Porridge With Nuts and Fruit


- Steel Cut Porridge Oats

- Skimmed Milk or Water

- Whey Protein (Flavour Of Choice or Unflavoured)

- 1/2 Handful Of Nuts (Almonds, Hazelnuts or Walnuts)

-1/2 Handful Of Dried Fruit (Cranberries, Blueberries, Banana, Apricot, Pineapple etc)

How To:

1: Mix your Whey Protein with your choice of water or skimmed milk in your shaker (medium size glassful)

2: Measure around 50g of Porridge Oats and place in a microwavable bowl

3: Mix together the Oats and Protein until consistent

4: Microwave for around a minute, stir and microwave for a further minute or so

5: Top with choice of Nuts / Dried Fruit
