Oat Granola With Fat free Natural Yoghurt & Berries


- Crunchy Oat Granola reduced fat option (Supermarket or branded are fine)

- Fat Free Natural Yoghurt

- Choice of Berries: Fresh or Dried (Blueberries, Blackberries, Strawberries, Goji, Raspberries)

- Optional: Skimmed Milk (Yoghurt Alternative) 1/2 Handful of Almonds

How To:

1: Medium Sized bowl of Oat Granola

2: Mix 3/4 heaped table spoons of Fat Free Natural Yoghurt into your Oat Granola

3: Top with a choice of your Berries

4: Add 1/2 hanful of Almonds as an option if you wish
